Scope of Services
Design, Build, & Launch a WordPress website that has two functions. 1) An on-brand digital presence to help with organic traffic and a place to house media and written content for grander marketing strategy. 2) Capturing leads and segmenting them into client type.
Marketing Coordination
Once the website is completed and launched, Dustin will move into a Marketing Coordinator subcontractor role. While the exact needs of this are not known at this time and may fluctuate over time, a safe estimate for all marketing support activities should estimate at 1-3 hours per week. This includes editing graphics, scheduling social media, engaging with the community and responding to comments, and generating blog content.
Additional Recommendations
Mahurin.me Digital Marketing will set up and maintain a managed WordPress hosting solution, which will be serviced by Dustin from Mahurin.me Digital Marketing under contract. It is also advised to set up social media accounts for all platforms.
Content Development
I recommend using OpenAI's playground feature, which allows you to customize and fine-tune the language model so it writes and sounds exactly as you want, while avoiding plagiarism and passing a basic Turing test. This significantly does the heavy lifting for blog content generation, script production, social media posts, etc.
Social Media Scheduling Tools
There is no shortage of social media scheduling tools available. Buffer and MeetEdgar are two solid choices if you have a large library and many accounts, but Planable.io is scalable and free to start for a few accounts.
Training
I will train you on all the systems involved in this project so you can have the baseline knowledge to work via WordPress with minimal interruptions in service.
Timeline
We can expect to complete the website very quickly, and begin marketing the overall strategy thereafter.
